Panoramic distant view of the finest and a very cozy cottage.
Large land. Cosy cottage. Very nice private and – from outside non-visible terraces – one covered. The neighbors on the edge of a small village are not really present and you feel more alone.
I was thrilled by the house from the beginning . Spontaneously I thought “Canarian Hexenhäuschen” … why I did, I do not really know, because I’ve never been in a gingerbread house before and why do we have the association to “urgemütlich”?
Anyway. I must think about it…but not know.
The house offers you 2 bedrooms, which are separated from each other by the very cozy kitchen, a small bathroom and a narrow corridor. Added to this is a quite spacious living room with spectacular distant view through a large, almost “panoramic window”. But even from the one bedroom and the kitchen you can enjoy the view outside. As of course from the lovely patio areas.

If it’s too hot, you’re sitting next to the house on the beautiful covered terrace and who wants to enjoy the sun, does this on the sun terrace or in the large garden area of the house, which comes primarily with small Picon-Stones.
The small holiday home is situated a few kilometers away from Tuineje and Tiscamanita – on the edge of a small village. Antigua is also nearby and so this property is an ideal starting point for beautiful trips around the island. The first beaches you will reach from here are in about 15-20 minutes by car. The famous beaches in the north and in the south of the island are maybe 40-50 minutes away. On the way here are plenty of other beaches and small villages, you can drive to.
If you love the rustic and cozy atmosphere – you will be very comfortable here. I’m sure.
