Small romantic fisherman’s cottage. Direct by the sea – but really direct.
The location. The location. And again the location. That is what makes this small house so interesting. Direct by the sea, just leave the bedroom to the terrace and jump in. “Ok, maybe you need high tide,” I think to myself. Because today’s low tide and the sea is only within reach, 5 meters away.
About the house itself? Ok! Fine! A bedroom. A living room with a small open kitchen. A small bathroom. That’s it. This was once a very simple fisherman’s house and went only in recent years with time. I mean – it has changed in features and design that you and me can spend here a nice time as individual tourist and will feel comfortable.

Large and and luxurious. Forget about this. Cozy, clean and very manageable. The highlight is of course the small terrace overlooking the sea. It´s waiting for a breakfast ore a dinner at the ocean. The view always directed at the broad bay, watch a fisherman in the distance or a cruise ship that sneaks past? Here one feels certainly a little transported to another time and so, relax if you can. Time out! This is the perfect place for it.
You will find this former fishing village, near Gran Tarajal and Tarajalejo. During my stay I have seen three people, 1 passing car and on the beach just a few seagulls. The beach is naturally rocky here. At low tide a little bit sandy, but not comparable to the fine sandy beach in Gran Tarajal, the one you reach by car in 10/15 minutes as well as the long and wide sandy beaches which starts at Costa Calma.
For this reason the bay is barely visited by tourists and only locals use the place, especially in summer – to relax. Right next door there is also a small restaurant, which is open sometimes and sometimes not, as reported to me. If it is open you can just next door enjoy its tapas. Also quite convenient – I think to myself: A glass of wine with your meal, and then go to bed without even longer drive? Hmmm – sounds perfect – then it can also be a second glass …. come and join me.
